[21a-S611-12] In-phase synchronization of the laser array using all-waveguide intra-Talbot-cavity second harmonic generation

By placing a nonlinear crystal in a Talbot cavity, the Talbot cavity generates an out-phased fundamental wave array, which is converted into an in-phase-locked second harmonic wave array at the nonlinear crystal. We developed all-waveguide Talbot cavity with a nonlinear crystal. The slope efficiency of output second harmonic wave improved relative to our previous report because all-waveguide structure suppressed cavity loss.
