The pusewidth dependence of the laser-induced periodic surface structure (LIPSS) formed on the yttria-stabiized tetragonal zirconia polycrystal (Y-TZP) was investigated.The period of LIPSS increased with the incrase of the pulsewidth. Depanedence on the sign of the chirp was investigated.
