Electrochemical biosensor has attracted interest because of its inherent benefits over other transduction schemes because of sensitivity, ease of use, and possible integration in compact analytical devices. We have developed the electrochemical immunosensor based on a silver nanoparticles-labeled sandwich-type metalloimmunoassay. In this presentation, I will present the concept for improvement of sensitivity and the analytical performances.
