[21a-W531-7] Time and space resolved photoluminescence dynamics in CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystals
Keywords:perovskite semiconductor,organic-inorganic hybrid,two-photon excitation microscopy
Time and space resolved photoluminescence (PL) dynamics in CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystals was studied using time-resolved two-photon-excitation PL microscopy. The PL peak red-shifted as the excitation depth deepened from the sample surface. The PL intensities decrease non-exponentially, and the PL lifetime becomes longer as the excitation depth gets deeper. These observations can be explained by a model including photocarrier diffusion and photon recycling effects.
