[21a-W621-1] Observation of structural changes by dielectric barrier discharge irradiation

We have investigated the behavior of the dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) treated support lipid bilayer (SLB). So far, we revealed that the diffusion coefficient of lipid molecules constituting the SLB is reduced after DBD irradiation. In this study, in order to know the changes in the surface structure by DBD irradiation to SLB, we evaluated the input power amount dependence of the area ratio of the pore formed in the SLB after treatment using an epifluorescence microscope.
