We developed the analysis for the lateral TOF method which is demonstrated under the uniformly excited carriers between electrodes due to the evaluation of anisotropic charge carrier mobility by TOF method only. Then we could evaluate the lateral mobility by the curve fitting based on the numerical simulation of the one dimensional carrier transport model.
