[21a-W631-2] Electronic structure and electrical properties of Bi-doped organic-inorganic hybrid tin iodide cubic perovskite

By the doping of bismuth in this material, we found the reduction of the band gap from 1.3 eV to 0.8 eV and a two orders increase of resistivity. Further details of the electronic properties and the electrical structure will be reported.
