近年、小型PET装置などで異なる時定数のシンチレータを積層したDOI検出器が利用されている。我々は高精度で時定数を識別可能な peak-to-charge discrimination (PQD) 法を開発した。本研究では時定数の異なる3種類のGSO:Ce (0.4, 1.0, 1.5 mol%)を用いてその時定数分解能を評価した。本公演では実験の詳細と結果を発表する。
