Keywords:superconducting transition edge sensor,wavelength resolution,single photon measurement

New single photon spectroscopy technique has been developed based on energy dispersive detectors. We have succeeded to obtain 24 nm wavelength resolution for photons in wavelength of 405 nm. This technique can be used to various application such as single photon spectroscopy at extremely week photon intensity.
