In this study, in order to improve the biocompatibility of titanium and its alloys, Ti-Mg alloys were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering and the hard tissue compatibility was evaluated. On the other hands, a-BC:H films were prepared on the Ti-Nb alloy substrates by plasma CVD method and the evaluation of blood compatibility was performed.
