[21p-H101-9] Understanding and Congrolling of High Voltage/Field Phenomena for Advanced Power Apparatus

Akiko Kumada1 (1.The Univ. of Tokyo)

Keywords:high electric field,electro-optic effect,electron density

In recent years the situation surrounding the power system changes significantly , performance required to power equipment are also changing. Understanding and controlling of high field/voltage phenomena become more important . The advanced measurement technologies related to high field/voltage phenomena, such as field measurement based on electro-optic effect, electron density measurement using Shack-Hartmann sensor, visualization technology of tree in insulating material using X-ray or THz wave, are introduced in this presentation.
