A 2-micron Ho:YLF laser end-pumped by 1.94-micron Tm:fiber laser is operated at high repetition rate in room temperature with high average power. We developed Ho:YLF laser with a ring resonator of 3m length and an amplifier. It is operated at relatively high repetition rate of 200-5000 Hz. The laser would be used for wind and CO2 measurements.
