[21p-H137-15] Development of Radiation Tolerant Compact Image Sensor with Field Emitter Array

Key components of the radiation tolerant compact image sensor were developed. Sufficient radiation tolerance of field emitter arrays and photoconductors was confirmed, and detection of photo signals was demonstrated. In this paper, an overview of the devleopment of the variation of the performance of field emitter arrays due to gamma-ray irradiation will be presented.
