We studied the Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) of graphene on silicon carbide (SiC) by gold nanoparticles (AuNP). AuNPs were dispersed on graphene/SiC surface by wetting process. The Raman spectra mapping was also examined by scanning electron microscopy. It was revealed that AuNPs aggregated region enhanced the Raman spectra in the range of 1300-1600 cm^-1 and especially enhanced D- and G-band.
