[21p-P12-29] PL, TSL and OSL in Rare-Earth Impurity-Doped CaF₂ Phosphors

In this presentation, we investigated the PL, TSL and OSlL Characteristics of CaF₂ Phospors. Tm-doped CaF₂ indicated the most intense OSL and good dose dependence, which Indicates that Tm-doped CaF₂ phosphor is a promissing material as passive type radiation dosimeter materials.
