[21p-P12-6] Characteristic measurements of a low-power SQUID for TES microcalorimeter
Keywords:Superconducting Quantum Interference Device,Transition-Edge Sensor
In the field of radiation detectors, research has been conducted in TES microcalorimeter using transition-edge sensor (TES), and is read out by using a DC superconducting quantum interference device (dc SQUID). With the multi-pixel of TES microcalorimeter, the lower power SQUID is required. In this study, we evaluate the characteristics of the low power dc SQUID newly developed by JAXA. We determined the operating point and confirmed the operation from the Φ-V measurements and noise measurements.
