[21p-P7-10] The Change of Seeds' Characteristic and Plants Growth

We researched the changes of the surfaces of white radish sprouts’ seeds and the growth rates of them occurred by irradiating two kinds of plasma and ozone. Using vacuum plasma generator, atmospheric-pressure plasma generator, and ozone generator, we dealt the seeds with plasma and ozone for a certain time. The treated seeds showed high wettability, and their surfaces are etched. In addition, compared to the stem lengths seven days later, we can conclude that the treated stem grew up faster than the controls.
