[21p-S221-14] Development of High VOC and FF Ag(In,Ga)Se2 Solar Cells

We developed high efficiency Ag(In,Ga)Se2 solar cells which is a promising material for the top cell. The efficiency is still low as required for the top cell, and it is necessary to improve the VOC and FF. We revealed that the cause of low VOC and FF is attributed to this low hole concentration in the AIGS layer. Then, the Na was added to AIGS layer to increase the hole concentration of AIGS layer. As a result, the hole concentration increased and the efficiency improved.
