A method for optical imaging based on the Hadamard transform is improved. In the improved method, not two dimensional but a set of one dimensional Hadamard transform is utilized to reduce the processing costs. Also, an experimental system is constructed to verify the proposed method. This setup consists of a DMD projector, a lens, and a photo detector. From the experiment, it is shown that the proposed method is useful in single pixel imaging.
