Recently, methods to separate reflective and fluorescent components from hyperspectral images are developed. In case of biomedical imaging, multiplexed fluorescence unmixing is needed. We developed a method to separate reflective and fluorescent components and unmix multiple fluorescence from a single hyperspectral image. We confirmed validity by experiments using hyperspectral camera.
