Transparent conductive and flexible devices have attracted attention in the area of the electrical device. The translucent flexible heaters having a fast thermal response is one of important applications. Twisting and woven carbon nanotube (CNT) is attracted attention as a heater having a high speed response but CNT is exposed. So it is difficult to apply in the liquid and gas. In this study, we report that a case was discussed with respect to the semi-transparent flexible heater of polyimide-coated low heat capacity (fast response).
