To address microvibrations occur in bio-tissues, multi-wavelength swept OCT utilizing wide-field heterodyne vibrometry has been developed. These arrangements allow obtaining not only 3D tomographic images but also surface vibration parameters such as spatial amplitude, phase, and frequency, over a wide field. Our system achieved the axial resolution of ~2.5 μm with measurable depth of 0.5 mm, and we captured vibrations of internal surfaces of bio-tissue at frequency of 1 – 10 kHz
