△ [21p-S622-4] Control of anisotropically-driven coherent phonons by a linearly-polarized optical pulse

The pump and probe pulse polarization dependence of the photo-induced ultrafast lattice dynamics in interfacial phase change memory material is investigated. As a result, we found that linerly-polarized optical pulse excitation form the anisotoropyic carrier distribution wihch affect the direction of initial phonon oscilation.
