[21p-W331-7] Formation of 3D Microstructures via Laser Direct Writing Using Metal Nanoparticles

The formation of a 3D microstructure via laser direct writing using silver and copper nanoparticles was studied. A laser direct writing machine consisting of XYZ-stage, micro-tube pump to drop the solution of metal nanoparticles, and spin coater was developed. A 3D microstructure was fabricated by full-automatic layer-by-layer processes, where the cycle of the spin-coating of metal nanoparticle and the 2D laser direct writing were repeated.
