Structural analysis methods for nanobiomaterials have been recognized as important technologies in terms of investigation of functionalities, new drug developments, and biosensor developments. Here we report a novel structural analysis method for nanobiomaterials in solutions by using low-aspect-ratio (thickness/diameter) nanopore devices. In addition, we fabricated nanobiosensors based on the method, which enable us to examine structural distribution of vesicles in the blood.
