In recent years, flexible devices have been focused. On the other hand, deformation behavior of soft material remains unexplored. Recently, we have developed a surface-labeled grating method that enables quantitative and microscopic deformation analysis of film surfaces. PDMS grating film, which has flexibility and adhesiveness, enables us to analyze deformation of various flexible polymer films as a surface label. In this study, flexible polymer films labeled with a PDMS grating were fabricated, and their surface deformation behavior was evaluated.
