The pressure-sensitive sensor device using organic semiconductor is light-weight, and the applicability to the sensing device called existence confirmation and a stress monitoring using an advantage such as the flexibility and the print formation is expected. We contrived a pressure-sensitive device of the new structure which combined an erect let film with organic semiconductor. I'll report on a result of the production and performance evaluation this time.
