[21p-W621-1] Analysis of reactive oxygen species role in atmospheric pressure plasma sterilization by using gene mutants

We have already reported the sterilization effect of atmospheric pressure plasma inside of long flexible tube. In this work, gene mutants without resistance to reactive oxygen radical is used as the target in the same experiments. Gene mutant bacteria is confirmed to be much easy to be degradated than the normal ones.
