▼ [21p-W631-11] Microfluidic based transmission surface plasmon resonance measurement developed for biosensor applications
Keywords:Transmission surface plasmon resonance,Microfluidic,Biosensor
We successfully developed microfluidic based transmission surface plasmon resonance sensor chip for glucose sensor application. The gold-coated grating structure provided strong and narrow surface plasmon excitation peaks at 740-760 nm, which sensitived to local dielectric condition at the metal interface. The transmission surface plasmon resonance signal obtained from our developed substrate showed a linearity in glucose concentration range of 50-300 mg/dL. This technique provides a simple procedure for various biomolecules, multiplex systems, and further developed to be a point-of-care assay for practical biosensor applications.
