The photovoltaic properties of BaTiO3/SrRuO3 films were measured under illumination with standard AM-1.5 sunlight. They showed an open circuit voltage (VOC) higher than that of TiO2/SrRuO3. It was suggested that the charge recombination was reduced by band bending from the polarization of BT films. We will describe the details of the relationship between polarization states and photocurrent.
