[22a-P2-11] Waveguide-type Red-green-blue Laser Beam Combiners

In a laser scanning imaging display, it is necessary to combine the red-green-blue laser beams into one single beam followed by scanning onto the screen. So far, such a laser combiner has based on the lens and mirror system, resulting in an inherent difficulty in making a compact combiner. Here, we present an integration of a waveguide-type combiner and semiconductor lasers, thus leading to a realization of a compact laser source.
