We made some single crystals of titanium oxide with chemical vapor transport method. The oxides TinO2n-1 are in Magneli-phase and show insulator-metal (I-M) transition. The agent gas pressure and temperature dependence for the crystal yield and the shape were confirmed after identifying through X-ray diffraction measurements. As a result, the yield was linearly depend on the inner gas pressure and the temperature gradient in silica tube. The large changes in their reflectivity spectra were also observed for the thin crystals in their I-M transition processes.
