[22a-S011-3] The electrical characterization of the multi-layered reduced graphene oxide

In this study, the multi-layered graphene oxide was deposited onto the substrate and reduced by the vacuum ultraviolet irradiation. The 3 dimensional conductive paths were constructed between the layers so that the electrical conductivity was enhanced. The local electrical structures and the electrical properties were characterized by the conductive atomic force microscopy.
