Recently, research on nano phosphor for in vivo bioimaging has been actively curried out. We reported the synthesized nano phosphor fot in vivo bioimaging by using a microreactor method. In this study, to make higher luminescence efficiency nano phosphor, we investigate a mixer temperature in the synthesis condition. We found nano phosphor shows highest luminescence efficiency in mixer temperature 50 degree.
