[22a-S621-11] Hole-size tuning and sensing performance of hexagonal plasmonic nanohole arrays
Keywords:self-assembly,hexagonal plasmonic nanohole arrays,biosensing
Biosensing with plasmonic nanoholes is one of the most promising next generation sensor platforms. Nanohole structures can be especially beneficial for virus detection. For practical use, large-area fabrication at low cost, proper control of the hole structure and optimization of sensor performance are necessary. In this presentation, we will explain the size controllability of hexagonally ordered plasmonic nanohole arrays produced through self-assembly of mask colloid particles, and the hole-size dependent sensor property by electromagnetic simulation.
