[22a-W521-4] Solvent-Free R2R Printing of Organic Thin Flim Transistor by Coutinuous Ultrasonic Welding

Ultrasonic welding method have been widely used for making plastic products. Our research group applied this method to fabricate organic electronic devices. Ultrasonic welding is originally not continuous process, therefore, it was thought that this method will not match the Roll to Roll scheme. We developed the way to apply the ultrasonic welding to the Roll to Roll, and assembled a prototype equipment. We have fabricated and demonstrated organic thin film transistor by our continuous ultrasonic welding method.
