Organic-inorganic perovskite/Si tandem solar cells attract attentions as one of the most promising next-generation photovoltaics. However, still there remain many issues to be solved such as to elucidate the fundamental property, to improve the chemical stability and process reproducibility. In this study, we discuss the design concept of a combinatorial device-process system that allows the development of the tandem solar cells to be much accelerated.
