[22p-W521-5] Application for logic gates based on phenacene thin-film field-effect transistors

In this study, we fabricated logic gates by combining a p-channel FET using phenacene-type molecules and an n-channel FET, and investigated these characteristics. Moreover we successfully fabricated a ring oscillator consisting of the NOT gates noted above.
