The analysis of crystallization process is important issue for the organolead halide perovskite solar cells, which have been developing rapidly. The real time analysis by grazing incident X-ray diffraction at synchrotron radiation facility (SPring-8) was conducted for the crystallization process of the perovskite, which was fabricated by mixing the source materials of PbI2 thin film and CH3NH3I solution. We found that the crystallization is proceeding based on the anomalous diffusion process. The reaction kinetics is strongly dependent on the morphology of PbI2.
