We recently synthesized the facet-controlled anatase TiO₂ nanoparticles with exposing reactive {001} facet and reported the {001} facet increase the rate constant of photo-excited electron transfer from adsorbate to TiO₂. We applied these series of anatase TiO₂ nanoparticles for the mesoporous oxide scaffold layer in organometal halide perovskite solar cells in order to control the electron transfer at the interface of perovskite/TiO₂.
