The equivalent circuit parameters of MIS (Metal-Semiconductor-Insulator) device is determined by the impedance spectroscopy as well as the microwave conductivity measurement. Furthermore, the injection barrier from metal to organic semiconductor is derived from the temperature dependence of the equivalent circuit parameters.
