[5a-S21-5] Fabrication and Characterization of Substrate-type CdTe Solar Cells

従来のCdTe太陽電池は、スーパーストレート型の構造で作製され、現状のサブストレート型CdTe太陽電池の効率は低い。サブストレート型CdTe太陽電池の課題の一つとしてCdS/CdTe界面の混晶化が挙げられる。そこで、CdS/CdTe構造を形成後に熱処理を行い、混晶化促進を試みた。さらに、裏面電極としてグラフェンを用いたサブストレート型CdTe太陽電池の作製を試みたので報告する。
