[5a-S43-4] Study for X-ray Generation by Irradiating Pyroelectric Element with UV Laser Beam

A novel X-ray source is provided. Irradiating a pyroelectric element with a UV laser beam results in a high voltage on the puroelectric elements. Electrons are emitted from the element thus charged and the electrons hit a metalic film from which an X-ray is generated. An X-ray image is obtained according to the X-ray.
