Carbon nanocoils (CNCs) are helical carbon nanomaterial. CNCs are expected to be used as a electromagnetic wave shielding and nanoinductor, nanospring. However the effect of nanoinductor on CNCs are low due to high resistivity. In this study, the influence of Ag-plating on CNCs were discussed by measuring the DC resistivity of a single of Ag-plated CNC.
