[5p-A503-15] Response evaluation of thermoelectric properties under irradiation

The measurement of thermoelectric properties under the irradiation condition affected by the radiation induced current. We have been investigated the thermoelectric properties by the use of X-ray beam and Co60 gamma-ray. Consequently, the radiation induced current was not changed only by thermoelectric force but changed by thermoelectric by bias voltage in the sample.
