Ferroelectric properties of the ferroelectric polymer poly(vinylidenedifluoride-trifluoroethylene) [P(VDF-TrFE)] are known to be dependent of its monomer compositions. Since P(VDF-TrFE) is generally synthesized through vapor-phase polymerizations, it is uneasy to control its monomer compositions finely. Here we propose a simple method to control the monomer ratio of P(VDF-TrFE) by using mixed solution. Two types of P(VDF-TrFE) with different monomer compositions were prepared in this study. The monomer compositions were controlled when they were mixed.
