An excitation of magnetization dynamics in nanostrctured ferromagnet by spin-transfer torque originated from the spin Hall effect has attacted much attention due to its potential to practical devices. However, since the direction of the spin torque by the spin Hall effect is geometrically determined, the device designs and perfomances have been strongly restricted. In this work, we will show that adding another ferromagnet placed onto the free layer enables us to excite a self-oscillation of a perpendicular ferromagnet, which was impossible in the conventional structures.
