[5p-C18-2] Comparison of photo-induced magnetization dynamics with substrates and RF/DC sputtering methods

We investigated the influence of Co / Pd multilayers on photo-excitation magnetization precession by substrate using GaAs (001) substrate and Si (110) substrate. We also examined the difference between the RF method and the DC method and report it. In both RF / DC deposition methods, the amplitude of the precession in the Co / Pd multilayer film on the GaAs substrate was larger than that on the Si substrate. This indicates the possibility that the difference of the substrate is affecting the Pd / Ta seed layer by distortion or the like. In addition, it is expected that the amplitude of the precession movement is relatively greater in the RF method than in the DC method.
