We are developing PbS QD/ZnO nanowire solar cells to achieve high efficiency in a wide range of wavelengths from visible to short-wave infrared. The solar cells can be used as off-grid power sources for IoT sensor modules. We then carried out stability tests on the solar cells under a variety of conditions, by assuming various places wherein IoT sensor modules may be installed. In this symposium, we discuss the results of the long-term durability tests of the solar cells.
