[5p-PA1-24] Low-Temperature Formation of Graphene on Cu Substrate Using Pentacene Source

We have tried to develop a novel low-temperature formation of graphene on Cu substrate, named Hot Mesh Deposition (HMD), using pentacene, H2, and W mesh. In HMD, the pentacene and H2 are decomposed on the heated W mesh, placed between pentacene source and Cu substrate. And organic films are formed on the Cu substrate. The peaks due to D and G bands of graphene were observed in Raman spectra. It is found that graphene was obtained by HMD at low temperature of 250℃.
